Optical heart rate uses light to measure real-time data and insights on the heart's activity.
Polar 360 uses Polar Precision Prime™ sensor fusion technology to track heart rate from the wrist. The innovation combines optical heart rate measurement with other sensor technologies to rule out motion artifacts that might disturb the heart rate signal and produce unreliable readings.
Sleep
Automatic assessment of sleep quality, duration, and time spent in each sleep stage overnight.
